University Park, Pa. – The Penn State Military Appreciation Events Committee will host a Veterans Yoga Project Mindfulness Resilience event on November 11, 2020 from 12:15 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. virtually.  This free event will be held in support of Penn State’s Military Appreciation Week which has been scaled  down this year due to COVID-19.  Wellness in Motion is sponsoring the yoga session and providing two instructors, Toni Feret and Jessica Minelli.  This event is open to anyone who would like to learn more about the Veterans Yoga Project, Mindful Resilience, or practice yoga in a safe and comfortable environment.  The link to the event will be provided upon registration.  Use this link to register for the event.  For questions or more information, please contact Renee Kotch at rak5434@psu.edu.
