Devon Michael Francke, Army, was born in State College, PA and continues to serve his neighborhood, state, and country. Devon is currently serving in the PA National Guard as well as a volunteer firefighter. He also loves his university where he is a current student majoring in secondary education. He played on the club lacrosse team and is a member of the university conduct hearing board. Devon loves anything related to outdoors, sports and exercising.
