What was your favorite military assignment/duty station and why? Fort Drum, NY was my favorite. We had outstanding leadership in my platoon. I learned valuable leadership skills from these great leaders.

Robert A. Gavlock, Army, is a Penn State graduate and works as the Facilities Coordinator for the Department of Chemistry. Robert spent time in the Army stationed at Fort Drum, NY and Camp Casey in South Korea. He enjoyed his time at Fort Drum where he learned valuable leadership skills from the leaders in his platoon. He has been working with Penn State for the last ten years. Robert graduated in 1996 majoring in Forest Science.
