Memorable moment in your Penn State career: The staff at Penn State are wonderful, and always available to help out when it’s needed. Being an adult learner is difficult, and I am thankful for the support and resources Penn State provides for us. The technology, material, and experience are a lot different than what we had in the ’90s, but the professors and coaches make the transition possible. My experience has been great so far and I would certainly recommend Penn State to anyone who is hesitant to go back to school, I encourage you to do so. “We Are Penn State”!

What was your favorite military assignment/duty station and why? Egypt was my favorite deployment, it was the longest deployment in my military career. In our off time, we were able to experience a lot of cultural differences, from the people, music, and everyday life. While I was deployed my wife (Angela) had the opportunity to visit for 10 days, we explored the Great pyramids in Cairo, snorkeled in the Red Sea, went on a dinner cruise on the Nile River, and meet a wedding party that invited us to celebrate with them. It was an experience I will never forget.
